Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting activities, and contributing to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Provide accurate financial forecasts and variance analyses.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards.
• Audits & Reporting:
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Generate periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• System & Process Improvement:
• Enhance accounting processes and systems for improved efficiency.
• Maintain and update financial software and records.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of relevant accounting experience.
• Certifications (preferred): CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
