Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company in the UAE, committed to delivering professional real estate services and maintaining a productive work environment.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
  • Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost control
  • Support payroll processing and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
  • Real estate industry experience is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate brokerage accounting is an advantage

Salary Details
Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
