Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for a trading company dealing with firefighting and piping materials. The candidate should have experience in UAE accounting practices, VAT compliance, supplier/customer reconciliations, and inventory-related transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate accounting records and entries in ERP ( ZOHO BOOKS )
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections
• Prepare supplier payment schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Minimum 2 years UAE accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Female candidate under husband’s sponsorship visa preferred
• Experience in trading companies is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
