Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (2–3 Years UAE Experience)Location: UAEExperience Required: 2–3 years (preferably in UAE)Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2–3 years of UAE experience to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Prepare payroll entries and coordinate with HR for salary processing
• Monitor expenses and budgets to support cost control
• Assist in audits by providing required documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or contracting companies (if relevant to your business)
• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA – partially or fully qualified) is an advantage
