Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Accounting Operations:
- Recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally software.
- Maintaining day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and other supporting documents.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Tracking customer payments, sending reminders, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Performing regular bank reconciliations to match company records with bank statements.
- VAT Compliance:
- Preparing and filing UAE VAT returns.
- Ensuring compliance with FTA regulations for VAT invoicing, input tax claims, and audit requirements.
- Payroll Processing:
- Assisting with monthly payroll calculations and salary disbursements.
- Maintaining WPS files as per UAE labor law requirements.
- Inventory and Fixed Assets:
- Maintaining inventory records for elevator spare parts and consumables.
- Monitoring and updating fixed asset registers.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generating profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements from Tally.
- Audit Coordination:
- Preparing documents and reports required by external auditors.
- Ensuring all financial records comply with UAE regulations and internal policies.
- Other Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Assisting management with budget planning, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Coordinating with internal teams (sales, procurement, etc.) for smooth financial workflows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
