Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Accounting Operations:
  • Recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally software.
  • Maintaining day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and other supporting documents.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  • Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Tracking customer payments, sending reminders, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations to match company records with bank statements.
  • VAT Compliance:
  • Preparing and filing UAE VAT returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with FTA regulations for VAT invoicing, input tax claims, and audit requirements.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Assisting with monthly payroll calculations and salary disbursements.
  • Maintaining WPS files as per UAE labor law requirements.
  • Inventory and Fixed Assets:
  • Maintaining inventory records for elevator spare parts and consumables.
  • Monitoring and updating fixed asset registers.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Generating profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements from Tally.
  • Audit Coordination:
  • Preparing documents and reports required by external auditors.
  • Ensuring all financial records comply with UAE regulations and internal policies.
  • Other Administrative & Support Tasks:
  • Assisting management with budget planning, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, procurement, etc.) for smooth financial workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
