Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of accounting experience and hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledger and financial documentation
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Coordinate with management regarding financial records and reporting requirements
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
  • Support VAT-related documentation and financial compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–4 years of accounting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • UAE experience preferred
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
