Accountant

Job description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Real Estate accounting with hands-on experience in leasing operations and financial management.

Position: Accountant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting activities and financial transactions

* Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

* Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations

* Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of data

* Manage leasing-related accounting activities, tenant records, and payment tracking

* Prepare monthly reports and support financial audits

* Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience

* Real Estate industry experience is mandatory

* Leasing experience is required

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

* Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Must be available to join immediately
