Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts and relationships.
• Support bullion trading team with invoices, receipts, and documentation.
• Coordinate between finance and sales for smooth transactions.
• Maintain records, follow up with clients for payments/queries.
• Generate reports for management on sales and receivables.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP software.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
