Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payment follow-ups, data entry, and record-keeping activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accounting records in the ERP/accounting system.
  • Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation.
  • Assist with supplier invoices and purchase entries.
  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain collection records.
  • Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
  • Assist in VAT-related documentation and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports on receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
  • Support payroll and expense claim processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred

  • Experience in UAE accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with VAT documentation and invoicing procedures.
  • Experience in trading, maintenance, or contracting companies.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
