We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payment follow-ups, data entry, and record-keeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accounting records in the ERP/accounting system.
- Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation.
- Assist with supplier invoices and purchase entries.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain collection records.
- Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
- Assist in VAT-related documentation and record keeping.
- Prepare reports on receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
- Support payroll and expense claim processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred
- Experience in UAE accounting practices.
- Familiarity with VAT documentation and invoicing procedures.
- Experience in trading, maintenance, or contracting companies.
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
