Najd Rent a Car is looking for an accountant
Must have car rental experience

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to join the Najd Rent a Car team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations of our car rental business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth back-office performance. Success in this position means keeping our accounts in order, producing clean financial reports, and understanding the unique billing and operational flow of the car rental industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, and financial records specific to car rental operations
• Manage accounts receivable and payable including rental billing cycles and fleet-related expenses
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy across all financial transactions
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports for management review
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
• Coordinate with the operations team on vehicle costs, insurance, and fleet accounting

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in the car rental or automotive industry is required
• Solid understanding of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Own visa preferred
