The Candidate:

We are looking for a Full-time Accountant with key responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Tracking monthly school cost for all venues.
• Preparing monthly revenue ledger & submit to venues (having shared revenue agreements)
• Reconciling monthly School cost against SOA received from schools – highlight descrepancy – if any.
• Record monthly school cost, external league revenue & cost, referee cost in QB.
• Coordinate & process the wage sheet of new employees / part time coach & referee.
• Check & update employee deductions
• Preparing Monthly Staff Salary.
• Coordinate with PRO for SOA
• Setting up supplier’s payments online
• Supplier payment
• School – facility hire payment.
• Employees (Advances / Reimbursements etc)
• PRO (advance /settlement)
• Utility payments
• Prepare & submit quarterly VAT Return
• Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Account
• Preparing monthly Balance Sheet
• Preparing monthly Cash Flow Statement.

Job Qualifications

• Completed Bachelors Degree of Commerce, M.Com, Inter CA or equivalent
• 2 years proven experience as Accountant
• Can join immediately
• Locally available

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
