Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Doha, Qatar. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, budgeting, and collaborating with the finance team to support overall business operations. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and contributing to audits and regular financial reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and ledger management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial data analysis and budgeting
• Competence with accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, with experience in supporting audits
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or contracting industry is advantageous

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
