Accountant

Accountant – Prime Hub, Muscat

Prime Hub is one of Oman’s leading OOH Media Houses, specializing in outdoor, digital, and experiential advertising.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our growing team and support the company’s financial operations across multiple projects and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and financial documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support VAT and compliance requirements.
• Monitor financial transactions across projects, suppliers, and clients.
• Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within advertising, media, events, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Currently based in Oman is preferred.
