Job Summary
AppsComm Technologies LLC is hiring for an Accounts position to manage daily accounting tasks, Zoho Books entries, invoicing, VAT, and supplier coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer and supplier invoices
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable
- Daily entries and bank reconciliation
- Handle VAT records and monthly reports
- Coordinate with suppliers for POs and payments
- Maintain project‑wise documentation and filing
Requirements
- 2–3 years UAE experience
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally/QuickBooks/ERP
- Good Excel skills
- Understanding of UAE VAT
- Good communication and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
