Job Summary

AppsComm Technologies LLC is hiring for an Accounts position to manage daily accounting tasks, Zoho Books entries, invoicing, VAT, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer and supplier invoices
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivable
  • Daily entries and bank reconciliation
  • Handle VAT records and monthly reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers for POs and payments
  • Maintain project‑wise documentation and filing

Requirements

  • 2–3 years UAE experience
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally/QuickBooks/ERP
  • Good Excel skills
  • Understanding of UAE VAT
  • Good communication and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
