Job Title: Accountant - Female
Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Accountant (Perfume and Cosmetics).

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Financial Management

- Prepare and manage the company's financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Monitor and analyze project budgets and actual costs.

B. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, making payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.

- Monitor accounts receivable, send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Cost Accounting:

- Track and allocate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.

- Assist in cost control measures to optimize project profitability.

C. Payroll and Overtime Calculation:

- Manage payroll processing for staff and workers.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

D. Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and file VAT tax reports.

- Up to date with tax laws and regulations - Corporate Tax Rate (As of June 1, 2023).

E. Financial Reporting:

- Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Present financial data and analysis to support decision-making.

- Ensure that financial statements are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards.

F. Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate and participate in financial audits (internal & external).

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.

G. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

- Ensure that records are easily accessible for audits and reporting.

H. Regulatory Compliance:

- Implement GAAP and IFRS compliant reporting.

I. Financial Software and Tools:

- Proficiently use accounting software PeachTree, or Quickbooks and other tools for financial management and reporting.
