Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with 4–5 years of UAE experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
• Handle UAE VAT calculations, filing, and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
• Process payroll-related accounting entries.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial reporting.
• Expert proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with Zoho Books and Focus ERP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, trading, or distribution businesses preferred.
