As an Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in our day-to-day financial health. You will manage daily financial records, perform bank reconciliations, and handle reporting across our entities. • Perform comprehensive monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany loan reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, bill payments, and expense tracking.

Financial Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Prepare clear and accurate balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports for management review.
  • Maintain digital filing systems, including our CRM & QuickBooks, for all financial and supporting tax documents.
  • Analyze financial data to catch discrepancies and ensure total ledger accuracy.

Tax Compliance & Strategy (Advanced Level)

  • Assist with quarterly tax planning, sales tax filings, and year-end close procedures.
  • For candidates with an EA designation or strong tax background: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a full-charge bookkeeper or in a corporate accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and standard accounting software.
  • Prior experience preparing or reviewing business and individual tax returns is highly preferred.
  • An active Enrolled Agent (EA) license or CPA candidate status is a significant plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-entity tracking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and professionalism.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday.
  • Pay: Competitive Salary based on experience, tax expertise, and professional credentials (EA/CPA).
