The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, ensuring compliance with VAT and withholding tax regulations, maintaining fixed asset records, and supporting the company's financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Verify and post customer invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Prepare and review Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.
  • Submit invoices to customers.
  • Perform revenue reconciliations.
  • Upload invoices to Multiple customer portals
  • Assisting during annual Audit process

VAT & Withholding Tax (WHT)

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Collect and organize invoices for VAT purposes.
  • Submit monthly WHT declarations through the relevant portal.
  • Prepare and submit annual WHT filings.
  • Coordinate with ZATCA regarding tax-related matters. ---

Fixed Assets Management

  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
  • Perform asset costing and classification.
  • Record and monitor additions to fixed assets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and asset tracking. ---

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 6–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience in VAT and WHT compliance within Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with ZATCA requirements and reporting.

Skills

  • Financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Fixed asset accounting.
  • ERP and accounting systems proficiency.
  • Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
