Eiwaa Marine Inspection Company. is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team immediately for our projects in the Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing daily accounting operations, banking transactions, credit facilities, and execute monthly bank reconciliation and coordinate with auditors and prepare documents required for audits.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process employee salaries, timely payroll payments.
- Calculate EOSB, leave settlements, and employee deductions.
- Track project costs, equipment expenses, fuel consumption, and operational expenditures.
- Monitor supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and customer collections.
- Maintain records of company assets, equipment, and depreciation schedules.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with banks regarding financing, guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking matters.
- Manage and prepare Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT filings and ensure compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations.
- Manage KSA monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations, filings, and remittances for cross-border professional and technical service providers.
Requirements:
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia (Preferably Transferable Iqama)
- Available for immediate joining
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in the Marine & Oil & Gas/Inspection is preferred
- Conversational Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid KSA License (Preferred)
