Accountant (UAE Experience Required)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month

Job Summary

Sanvee Building Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally ERP, UAE accounting practices, VAT, and Corporate Tax, with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and ensure compliance with FTA regulations.
• Assist in UAE Corporate Tax computations, documentation, return preparation, and compliance.
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT requirements.
• Reconcile supplier and customer statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and statutory filings.
• Assist in payroll processing and WPS-related accounting, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an Accountant.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
