About Us

Famous O’s Pizza is a growing restaurant brand focused on quality food, operational excellence, and professional management. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting operations, vendor records, reconciliations, and financial reporting for restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounting entries and ledgers.
• Maintain general ledgers for purchases, expenses, utilities, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Managers regarding payment timelines according to purchase orders and payment cycles.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment documentation.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records including daily sales reports, invoices, receipts, and transaction files.
• Reconcile Foodpanda and other online delivery platform orders with reimbursements and settlement statements.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, vendors, sales, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and update management regarding financial performance.
• Prepare balance sheets and assist in preparing financial summaries.
• Reconcile bank discount campaigns, reimbursements, and invoicing processes with partner banks. Coordinate with bank representatives and relationship/contact persons to ensure timely reimbursements, payment settlements, and proper documentation of all promotional discount transactions.
• Follow up on insurance matters, legal agreements, vendor contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist tax consultants by providing monthly physical and digital data required for Sales Tax, Income Tax, and withholding tax filings.
• Maintain a tax return tracking system to ensure all returns are filed regularly and on time.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with relevant departments/vendors when required.
• Support audits and management reviews by providing accurate records and reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of all financial records.
• Perform any additional accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or SME operations.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Familiarity with Foodpanda or online delivery platform settlements is preferred.
• Basic understanding of taxation and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain records systematically and work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
