Job Summary:

Team Safety Consultants is seeking a qualified Accountant (Accounts Receivable / Debt Collection) to handle client billing, collections, and accounting operations at our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Zoho Books, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance, and debt recovery.
This role requires someone who can manage field visits for collections; therefore, a valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct debt collection visits and coordinate professionally with clients on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Zoho Books (invoices, receipts, reconciliation, reports).
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and assist in audits.
• Ensure compliance with FTA VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Support management with financial insights and collection status reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for billing and payment updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in accounting and receivables/debt collection.
• Hands-on experience using Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Ability to work independently and manage client field visits.

Preferred:

• Experience in service-based or equipment-related industries.
• Knowledge of WPS, payroll, and UAE Labour Law processes.
