Job Title: Accounts & Administration Staff

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Administration Staff member to handle day-to-day financial transactions, invoicing, bookkeeping, and general administrative support. The role ensures smooth financial operations while assisting in the overall management of the office’s daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoices and receipts.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable; follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in budget monitoring and cost control.

Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day office management and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
  • Support procurement of office supplies, tools, and other essentials.
  • Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and customers when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts and office administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and invoicing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, office-based role.
  • May require occasional overtime during month-end or audit periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
