Accountant & Admin

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Officer to support daily office operations and handle basic accounting functions. The role involves handling administrative tasks while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and VAT/CT-related compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to daily office operations
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required
  • Track and record company expenses and maintain organized records
  • Prepare and issue invoices and monitor payments
  • Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Prepare and maintain Statements of Account (SOA) for clients, suppliers and vendors
  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions
  • Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents
  • Coordinate with management on payment schedules and expense tracking

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and accounting / bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of VAT filing and invoicing procedures
  • Familiarity with bank reconciliation and expense tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Zoho or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
