Accountant - Admin Executive

Role Summary:
We need a dual-role professional to handle daily accounting (books, invoices, reconciliation) and office administration (vendor management, inventory, coordination). Strong Excel skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting :

  • Maintain daily books (purchases, sales, payments)
  • Generate invoices & track receivables
  • Bank reconciliation

Admin :

  • Manage office supplies & vendor coordination
  • Maintain files (physical & digital)
  • Support front desk, couriers, and meeting coordination

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, data cleaning
  • Accounting basics: Ledgers, trial balance, reconciliation
  • Software: Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho (any one)
  • Organized, honest, and detail-oriented

Education: B.Com or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
