A joinery and interior fit-out company based in Dubai Investment Park 2 is seeking an Accountant & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and office administration.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling financial records, invoicing, VAT documentation, and operational administrative tasks within a workshop/operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain company accounts using QuickBooks
- Bank reconciliation
- Record double-entry bookkeeping and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and account summaries
- Issue and track sales invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll records
- Assist with VAT documentation and VAT filing
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized records for invoices, LPOs, contracts, and project documents
- Support customer service communication and documentation
- Coordinate with operations and workshop teams for paperwork
- Manage office documentation and filing systems
- Assist with general office administration tasks
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in accounting or finance role in UAE
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Good understanding of:
- Double-entry accounting
- Journal entries
- Financial statements
- VAT filing process
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a warehouse / operational office environment
Preferred
- Experience in construction, joinery, or fit-out companies
- Knowledge of invoicing for projects and maintenance works
- Ability to coordinate with operations and technical teams
