Accountant / Admin (Female Only)

Responsibilities as Admin

  • Preparing Quotations and various reports
  • Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence
  • Assisting the Team with basic administration and tasks
  • Coordinating shipments between Supplier carrier and the company
  • Managing stationery and other general office supplies and equipment and ensuring supplies are kept at a consistent level
  • Responding to straightforward correspondence through email, written, telephone communication
  • Handling the preparation of paperwork such as engagement letters, cover letters, invoices, and general letters
  • Track Inventory and Asset Records

Responsibilities as Accountant

  • Tally Experience
  • Maintaining and preparing the excel sheet for the invoices on a monthly basis
  • Handling the preparation of the financial statements by rolling out the previous year to the current one
  • Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity
  • Updating financial records via accounting software
  • Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts.
  • Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  • Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with accounting, Tally and data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
  • Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independent
  • Analytical skills

Experience - Min 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 per month
