Responsibilities as Admin
- Preparing Quotations and various reports
- Maintaining the general filing system and filing all correspondence
- Assisting the Team with basic administration and tasks
- Coordinating shipments between Supplier carrier and the company
- Managing stationery and other general office supplies and equipment and ensuring supplies are kept at a consistent level
- Responding to straightforward correspondence through email, written, telephone communication
- Handling the preparation of paperwork such as engagement letters, cover letters, invoices, and general letters
- Track Inventory and Asset Records
Responsibilities as Accountant
- Tally Experience
- Maintaining and preparing the excel sheet for the invoices on a monthly basis
- Handling the preparation of the financial statements by rolling out the previous year to the current one
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
Skills and qualifications:
- Experience with accounting, Tally and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independent
