Accountant & Admin Officer

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Officer to manage all accounting, finance coordination, and administrative activities for our Riyadh overseas branch. This role will act as the local finance and admin backbone, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while coordinating closely with the head office.


Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Finance

• Maintain complete books of accounts for the Riyadh branch

• Record all sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts

• Manage invoicing, collections, and supplier payments

• Handle bank coordination, reconciliations, and petty cash

• Prepare monthly financial reports and submit to head office

• Support VAT/Zakat compliance and coordinate with external auditors or consultants

• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions


Administration & Office Management

• Handle general office administration and daily operational support

• Manage staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination

• Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and government portals

• Maintain contracts, licenses, and branch documentation

• Support management with reports, correspondence, and follow-ups


Coordination & Compliance

• Act as the finance and admin point of contact between Riyadh branch and head office

• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies

• Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and admin roles

• Experience handling overseas branch or multi-country reporting is preferred

• Knowledge of KSA accounting practices, VAT/Zakat regulations

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities


Preferred Skills

• Experience in trading, distribution, or project-based companies

• Arabic and English communication skills

• Prior experience working with head offices outside Saudi Arabia
