Accounts & Admin Officer

Location: Gujranwala

Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer to support routine accounting and human resources functions. The role involves maintaining records, supporting payroll and administrative processes, and assisting with general HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
  • Handle basic accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and vouchers
  • Assist with payroll processing and related records
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits
  • Track attendance and leave records
  • Respond to routine employee queries related to HR matters
  • Assist with compliance and internal reporting as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting, HR, or administrative roles is a must
  • Working knowledge of accounting and payroll processes
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and relevant software systems
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
