Job Summary
Luxodor Fragrance Trading is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Officer to manage the company's accounting functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor cash flow and company expenses
- Maintain fixed asset records
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
Administrative Duties:
- Manage company documentation and filing systems
- Handle employee records and administrative correspondence
- Assist with visa, labor, and other company-related documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in accounting and administrative functions
- Experience in retail, fragrance, or FMCG industry is an advantage
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
