Job Title: Accountant & Admin Officer – Uniformity Factory

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant & Admin Officer to handle both the financial and administrative operations,The ideal candidate will manage accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee daily administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing activities.
  • Monitor expenses, cash flow, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
  • Prepare VAT calculations and returns when required.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, courier companies, and service providers.
  • Organize and update company files, contracts, and internal documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Support management with reporting and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks / Tally / Zoho).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
