Accountant and Finance Officer Multi-Company

Job Description

Experience: 3+ years managing accounting & finance for multiple companies

Sallary Package and Incentive can added if more then five experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all companies
  • Manage payroll processing and salary disbursements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani tax laws and statutory regulations
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls
  • Provide financial insights and support for business decisions
  • Handle multi-entity consolidation and intercompany transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance, preferably with multi-company exposure
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar
  • Strong understanding of Pakistani taxation, payroll laws, and financial regulations
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality with financial information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
