Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and verify journal entries.
  • Process payroll, staff advances, and related deductions accurately and on schedule.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing all required documentation and explanations.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets to ensure effective cost control.
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (Real Estate or Construction field preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and UAE financial laws.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • High level of accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
