Accountant Assistants-(Food & Beverage Background)

Job Description :

Monthly Salary: QAR 4,000 To QAR 4,500 (All inclusive Package) Asians Preferred

(Salary depends of the experience & knowledge)

Responsibilities:

Accounting:

- Assist senior accountants in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data, verifying documents, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
- Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Administrative:

- Complete bank deposits and other financial errands as needed.
- Assist in maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Provide support in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Qualified in Certified Management Accountancy, Bachelor's Degree or Charted Accountancy

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred

Skills:

- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Experience:

- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods.
- Lift and carry moderately heavy items, such as office supplies and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
