Job Summary:
The Field Banking Executive will be responsible for handling all field-related banking activities such as cash/cheque deposits, vendor payments, document submission, and coordination with banks. The role requires regular field visits, strong coordination skills, and accuracy in financial handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit banks for daily deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Collect and submit cheques, demand drafts, and other financial instruments.
- Ensure timely submission of banking documents, KYC papers, and compliance forms.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and employees for cheque/DD collections or payments.
- Maintain proper records of cash/cheque transactions and ensure timely reporting to the accounts team.
- Assist in cash flow handling, petty cash management, and bank reconciliation support.
- Liaise with bank officials for account-related queries, loan documentation, and other banking requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and safety while handling company funds and documents.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce/Finance) or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field banking/accounts-related activities (freshers with good aptitude can also apply).
- Must have a valid driving license (preferred if required for field visits).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
