Accountant / Bookkeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and supporting the organization’s financial health. Responsibilities

  • Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Utilize accounting software to record transactions and generate financial reports.
  • Conduct data entry, supporting payroll management.
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and provide insights for financial planning and analysis.

Experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge in bookkeeping tasks including double-entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and ledger management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
