Accountant, CMA (ICMAP) Qualified or Finalist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant, either a CMA (ICMAP) Qualified professional or a Finalist, to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record of at least 4 to 5 years in a similar role. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor budgetary performance against actual results.

3. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations and strategic initiatives.

7. Audit Support: Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications:

- CMA (ICMAP) Qualified or Finalist preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range: 60,000 to 70,000 per month.
