Job Title: Accountant cum Telecaller (Customer Care)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Accountant cum Telecaller in our Customer Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service via phone and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and other documents as required

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Telecalling (Customer Care):

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and improving overall customer experience

- Update customer information, track interactions, and follow up on pending issues

- Additional Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experience

- Identify and escalate customer complaints or issues to relevant teams for resolution

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting and customer care/telecalling

- Skills:

- Strong accounting knowledge and skills, including financial reporting and analysis

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

- Proficiency in accounting software and CRM systems
