We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant for a reputable construction company based in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, preferably within the construction industry, and the ability to manage financial records, reporting, and compliance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor project-wise costing and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit procedures
- Manage payroll processing and vendor payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 7–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
