About Us

Alzayed Tents & Shades is a leading provider of tensile structures, car parking shades, tents, awnings, and related shade solutions across the UAE. We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a one-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company's accounting records and general ledger.
• Perform daily accounting entries and financial data management.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Verify and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
• Support management with financial data, reports, and analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability preferred.
