Role Overview

You’ll manage day-to-day accounts and keep the company’s backend running smoothly. The job sits right at the intersection of finance and operations, supporting invoicing, vendor coordination, documentation, and internal admin. Precision and speed matter here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and payment tracking
  • Prepare and send invoices, follow up on dues, maintain subscription records
  • Manage vendor bills, PO tracking, and support the operations team during survey/shipping/installation cycles
  • Maintain company documentation: agreements, onboarding docs, tax records, and compliance files
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data required in accounts and admin tasks
  • Support basic HR admin: attendance, leave updates, asset records
  • Oversee office administration: supplies, maintenance, courier coordination, petty cash

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in accounts + admin roles
  • Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with accounting tools (Zoho Books preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Bonus

  • Experience in SaaS, IoT, retail-tech, or service-based companies
  • Ability to structure data, simplify processes, and improve documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
