Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of ODOO Accounting Software to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Retail and Wholesale businesses, preferably within the Alcohol / Beverage industry, and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations using ODOO ERP
• Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and journal entries
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare VAT returns, reconciliation, and compliance as per UAE regulations
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and monthly closings
• Generate financial reports, P&L, balance sheets, and management reports
• Monitor inventory accounting for retail & wholesale operations
• Coordinate with auditors, management, and external stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting

Requirements

• 4–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong experience with ODOO Accounting Software (mandatory)
• Experience in Retail & Wholesale sector (mandatory)
• Alcohol / Beverage industry experience is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws and regulations
• Proficient in Hindi and English (both required)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: As per experience (AED 4000 - AED 6000)
• Benefits as per UAE Labor Law
