Accountant Cum Admin

The Accountant Cum Admin is responsible for managing financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll and employee reimbursements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning
  • Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, official letters)
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and office events
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of records
  • Support HR in recruitment and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
