The Accountant Cum Admin is responsible for managing financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, official letters)
- Organize meetings, schedules, and office events
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of records
- Support HR in recruitment and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
