Accountant cum Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Admin to manage the company’s financial transactions, accounting operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, payroll support, and assist in day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Assist with VAT filing, compliance, and auditing processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for financial transactions.
  • Perform administrative duties including document management, correspondence, and office coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Support management in budgeting and cost control activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting and administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and basic HR/admin processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
