Accountant cum HR

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and financial record keeping.
  • Support in invoice preparation, billing, and expense management.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate database).
  • Support HR in employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Help in preparing basic reports for management (accounts & HR).
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments and reimbursements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (added advantage).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in both Accounts and HR functions.

Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or HR) or equivalent.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
