Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and financial record keeping.
- Support in invoice preparation, billing, and expense management.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate database).
- Support HR in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Help in preparing basic reports for management (accounts & HR).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments and reimbursements.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (added advantage).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in both Accounts and HR functions.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or HR) or equivalent.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
