Position Overview

The Account cum HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting while simultaneously handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and statutory HR compliance. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to balance both finance and HR responsibilities effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

  • Maintain books of accounts in Tally accounting software.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliance and filings.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and support HR policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or MBA (HR/Finance) preferred.
  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in accounts and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and HR/payroll software.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
