KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Track and analyze key account performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews and reports for clients and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships.
