Key Account Manager - Freight Forwarding Industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to meet client expectations.
  • Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Track and analyze key account performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and reports for clients and senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
