Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive (Female Candidates Only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries, concerns, and feedback are handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media with prompt responses.
• Manage order-related issues including exchanges, returns, refunds, and delivery escalations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and smooth order deliveries.
• Provide styling suggestions and product guidance to customers for an enhanced shopping experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce/fashion/lifestyle industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal & written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Basic in MS Excel
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
