We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Accountant cum Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while also being available for local errands, bank/PRO-related work, accounting works and coordination tasks requiring driving.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors
- Organize meetings, appointments, and official correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave management, and onboarding
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
- Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books / SAP (depending on organisation)
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
