Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, daily sales, expenses, and reconciliations
- Manage petty cash and basic financial reporting
- Monitor and control operational costs
- Manage F&B inventory, stock counts, wastage, and expiry control
- Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and deliveries
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure service and hygiene standards
- Handle staff coordination, attendance, and basic HR support
- Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Experience in outlet operations and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Preferred:
- Experience with POS and inventory systems
- Leadership and team coordination skills
