Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records, daily sales, expenses, and reconciliations
  • Manage petty cash and basic financial reporting
  • Monitor and control operational costs
  • Manage F&B inventory, stock counts, wastage, and expiry control
  • Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and deliveries
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure service and hygiene standards
  • Handle staff coordination, attendance, and basic HR support
  • Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Experience in outlet operations and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Preferred:

  • Experience with POS and inventory systems
  • Leadership and team coordination skills
